一、             概述 General Information

目前，由于盘式干燥机是采用夹套加热方式，物料盘所需要的材料必须具有符合压力要求的厚度，使其制造成本大大增加，设备投资较大；同时，由于干燥介质（如蒸汽）大多具有较大的压力和较高的温度，使设备操作的安全性降低。

签于上述存大的问题，我们研制了全自动硬盘式干燥箱（已获得国家专利），该机结合了热风循环干燥箱和盘式干燥机的优点，具有经济实用、性能稳定、操作安全、清洗方便等诸多优点。设备由箱体、热风循环系统、旋转式物料盘、刮料装置、传动系统等组成。工作时物料盘不停转动，在刮料装置的作用下，物料从最上层物料盘加入，从最底层物料盘出来，实现连续、匀速、稳定的干燥。产品已在制药、化工、食品等行业中应用，并出口泰国等国，得到了用户的高度认可。

To overcome the problems above，we develop the ful-automatic tray drying oven（we have gained the patent）。It combines the advantage of both hot air recycle drying oventhe tray drier。It is featured with stable performance，safe operationeasy cleaning。It is composed of cabinet，hot air recycle system，rotary，and scraper devicetransmission system。The tray will rotary continuously during running，the materials are fed from the top layercome out from the bottom layer，which realize the continous drying。It has been widely used in pharmacy，chemistryfood industry。We have exported to Thailandhave established good fame among the customers。

二、             设备特点：Characteristics

1、  实现了加料、铺料、翻料和出料的全面自动化，节省了劳动力，改善了劳动力，改善了操作环境，速度可控，操作简单。

2、  干燥过程中物料盘匀速旋转，物料在盘内不停地被翻动、移位，使物料干燥效果非常均匀，干燥速度快。

3、  传导与对流干燥原理相结合，传热系数高，提高了干燥效率。

4、  用蒸汽加热时，蒸汽操作压力允许范围比传统盘式干燥机大提高，在达到较高干燥温度的同时又提高了操作的安全性（用蒸汽加热时传统盘式干燥机必须按压力容器管理）。

5、  采用固定式刮料装置，且可快捷地进行拆洗，物料盘可进行旋转，从而避免了清洁死角。每一层均可集中在一个位置出料（传统的盘式干燥机每一层只能360度出料），使粉尘更易于控制。

6、  空气循环系统可加装过滤装置，风道可进行清洗，整个系统可按GMP要求设计，满足制药，食品行业的要求。

7、  采用热风循环方式，节省能源。

8、  设备结构紧凑，外形美观，占地面积小，经济实用。

五、             主要技术参数Main Techincal Paramter

注：以上型号及参数仅供客户参考，具体可根据用户要求设计各种型号；蒸发能力与加热温度及物料性质有关（以上结果是按加热温度90-130℃计算而得）；生产能力与加热温度，物料性质及产品含水量有关（以上结果是按初水30，终水5计算而得）；设备设计使用温度为：蒸汽加热50-130℃，电加热50-350℃。

以上参数本公司有更改的权力，并不另行通知。
